* Update the Manifest and common file as required in real time basis 

* Accurately record and charge all services and transactions rendered to
the clients in the required format and back office system 

* Provide administrative services related to reservations and ensuring
that all required services are done to the satisfaction of the clients 

* Preparing quotations for Inbound FIT /GIT 

* Maintain the mailing list of all clients and update as necessary 

* If required to meet and greet clients on arrival , departure or during the stay 

* To coordinate with the suppliers with regard to reservations, rates & other
related matters
