Job Description :
Assist other managers in analyzing statements, distributions and other financial data 

Maintain a supportive role with other departments 

Conduct a yearly controller audit and coordinate responses 

Maintain an adequate control system for: 
Master Keys 
Vendor Audits 
Inventory Standards 

Inform top management of current and potential financial problems 

Work with other Executive Committee Member regarding pricing and other financial decisions 

Coordinate a wage control system 

Coordinate with Executive Committee Members and prepare the six month forecast. 

Document and prepare the local credit policy and enforce it 

Maintain receivable percentages of over 60-90 within division standards 

Maintain standard regarding level of bad debt expenses related to credit sales 

prepare all documents and reports to owners as per management contract 

Comply with company procedures regarding deferring payments Benefits package

Key Skills : the company is looking out for a Cost Controller To aid the FOOD & BEVERAGE team to control the cost of products & maintain control procedures in place to avoid wastage & pilferage. Candidates must have the following skills previous experience related to Cost Control activities as well as and Food and beverage experience is preferable.
