Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience is must 
HSE course is mandatory 
Experienced in MPFM well testing operations. 
Well versed in well test data acquisition software. 
Preparation of test reports. 
Maintenance of MPFM equipment, mobilization and de-mobilization of WT equipment. 
Fully acquainted with prevalent HSE standards.
