Summary of the role: 


Assist the Programme Manager-ERP in organising the programme and maintaining progress reporting during the scoping design and build phases of the ERP programme 

Coordinate the activities of the business design team and liaise with the supporting system integrator to facilitate development of a comprehensive business process design capable of implementation into an agreed Oracle configuration 

Lead and guide Functional leads and SMEs in the development of new ERP based business processes carry out gap analysis and develop a business process transition plan and training plan during the implementation phases of the ERP programme. 

Manage and coordinate business process transition and training / implementation activity, as agreed with the Programme Manager - Act to quickly resolve conflicts, anomalies or errors in the business process design that arise during the implementation, liaising with the design team, system provider and system integrator teams as appropriate.  

To support the ERP programme, initially coordinating business design activity and subsequently implementation activity as the programme moves into its roll out phases.
Desired Profile : Experience in leadership roles in large and complex Business Process Re engineering exercises in a multinational manufacturing or engineering environment Effective facilitator, able to take a process leadership role in problem solving exercises involving senior functional experts from many disciplines, guiding team members towards an integrated process / technology solution, including effective solution of outstanding issues. Effective communicator and influencer Experience of working and managing in a formal programme management environment To support the ERP programme, initially coordinating business design activity and subsequently implementation activity as the programme moves into its roll out phases.
